- After testing the waters in
2010 I decided to close my
office here in Columbia and
practice as a traveling general
surgeon full-time. Being a apart
of my patients care by
providing surgical treatment
and answers regarding breast
cancer, hernias and gallstones
to them and their families has
been the most rewarding for
me these past years.
- But as many of you know the
landscape of healthcare is
shifting on many different
fronts. So looking down the
road a little ways, I decided to
keep doing what I love which is
doing good work in the
operating room, having some
time and flexibility to spend
with my husband and family,
and continuing to meet people
at their point of need whether
covering the emergency room
or running a surgical clinic in a
rural underserved area.
- But I haven't moved, I'm still
"based" in Columbia and on
occasion you might see me at
Providence or Baptist. But if not
then, maybe at Home Depot or
Target.

Medical Records
New Appointments
- If you need to get a copy of your medical records please call the office at (803)
779-3222 and leave a message with the answering service. I will have my
staff check periodically for requests and we will get you or your physician the
information as timely as possible.
New Appointments
- If you need a surgeon please don't hesitate to contact your primary care
physician. Your physician should be aware that I'm not seeing patients in
Columbia as I took the time to personally talk with as many referring
physicians as I could so that your care would be uninterrupted if you should
require further surgical management.
